Dr. Afnan Al-Shuaiby, Executive Director of Women Development Organization in the Member States of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, signed a memorandum of understanding with His Excellency, Dr. Qutb Mustafa Sano , the Secretary-General of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Academy in Jeddah- KSA.
