WDO represented by its Executive Director H.E Dr. Afnan Alshauiby, signed an MoU with the Union of OIC News Agencies (UNA). The ceremony took -place in the presence of the Secretary General of the OIC H.E. Hissein Brahim Taha, on the sidelines of the 49^th session of the Council of the OIC Foreign Ministers held at the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.

The Women Development Organization (WDO), one of the specialized institutions of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), strongly condemns the decision of the government of Afghanistan to ban women from university.

WDO Executive Director, Dr. Afnan AlShuaiby met with H.E Sajid Bilal, Ambassador of Pakistan to Egypt. AlShuaiby expressed her appreciation for the efforts done by the Pakistani Government in the women’s development sector.
